Every session blends real wellness tools with pure childhood joy, so the confidence she builds here follows her everywhere else.

🧘 Fairy Yoga Adventure — Playful poses and imaginative movement that build strength, balance, and body confidence
🩰 Pixie Dance Party — Free-flowing dance breaks that let little bodies wiggle, twirl, and shine
🌬️ Magic Breathing & Mindfulness — Simple breathing games that help big feelings feel small and manageable
🎨 Fairy Crafts — Hands-on art projects that spark creativity and pure sparkly joy
👑 Kindness Quest — Fun challenges that turn everyday kindness into an exciting adventure
🦋 Dream Garden Vision Boards — Collage and color as girls picture their biggest dreams taking root
📔 Journal Time for Feelings — A quiet moment to draw, write, and name what's in their hearts
💌 Fairy Affirmation Cards — Positive words she can hold onto long after class ends
🪄 Friendship Magic — Games and activities that grow real, kind, lasting friendships

• Schedule: Weekly sessions, one and a half hour each
• Location: The Goddess Loft, Garden City, NY
• Group size: Kept small for a whole semester of magical memories
